DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX?
Our products are shipped from Estonia, and as such, no import taxes apply within the European Union. For customers outside the EU, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and charges may be incurred, for which you are solely responsible. These charges are determined by your country's customs policies. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by the charges you were not expecting. Thank you for your understanding.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders that are confirmed before 11:30 AM (CET) Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays, are shipped on the same day. Orders that are placed after 11:30 AM (CET) are shipped the next day. When an order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on weekend or holidays.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Shortly after checkout you will receive a confirmation email with all details regarding your order such as items purchased, shipping address provided, and an order number.
CAN I EDIT MY ORDER OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?
Once an order is placed, you have time to edit your order information until the order is shipped. It is possible to edit any information such as for example shipping address, selected items, or quantities. If the order is shipped we cannot make any changes to the order. Once we ship the order an email will be sent to you that confirms that the order is shipped. After that email, it is not possible to make any changes to the order.
